While working at the 4Ms (Medication, Mentation, Mobility, and what Matters most) project at VUMC, we implemented evidence-based research and increased the quality and standard of care patients were receiving. I helped lead a team to create patient education materials that were handed out to each patient in the Acute Care of the Elderly Unit.
